Community-based organizations, workers and employment groups (unions and associations) can work with FireSpirit to ensure members are represented in the skills inventory. FireSpirit Capacity Builders will work with communities, organizations and individuals to assist in career planning, goal setting and professional development.

Job seekers can find out what positions are or will be available, and what skills and qualifications are required.
FireSpirit maintains an extensive Job Seekers database for Aboriginals and non-Aboriginals, and helps individuals find opportunities that match their skills and ambitions. This job referral service is free for job seekers. Career planning and coaching services are available to job seekers who are members of registered First Nations and other participating communities.
